When is the best time to contact Hedricks about reserving a date?

We begin filling our calendar at the beginning of the year. The earlier in the year you contact us, the more likely your date will be available. However, some dates remain available throughout the year. Please contact us at any time!

What is the best way to contact Hedrick's Promotions?

We can be reached via our contact us page, phone, or email. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Our mobile offices receive emails 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do prefer to respond via phone to better suit your needs. Please include a phone number where we may reach you.

What are the space requirements for Hedrick's Animal Attractions?

Are Hedrick's Animal Attractions only available during certain times of the year?
