Parents and Teachers:

Trained tour guides will amaze and entertain your class, while educating them on over thirty different varieties of exotic animals on our farm.  Information is tailored to each age group, and questions are encouraged.  The tour of our working farm allows close interaction with the animals.  Students and teachers will get an opportunity to touch the animals, feed the giraffes and have a personal visit with the kangaroos.  We can accommodate large classes, or small groups. Children of all ages will enjoy the "hands-on" experience with zebras, giraffes, kangaroos, camels, and many more.  On the farm we have a picnic area, and when the kids are finished they can play on our playground and in the playhouse.  The tours last approximately one hour and are available by reservation.

Reserved School Tours, groups of 10 or more:
     •  $4.00 per child/adult
     •
Groups over 25 receive a FREE teacher pass

Hedrick Exotic Animal Farm offers exciting hayrides to the "Hedrick Forest", where the children can enjoy a sack lunch, or  "cookout" over an open fire.  Enjoy a scenic countryside hayride to the Arkansas River.  Groups have full use of the campfire and picnic area that includes volleyball, tetherball, horseshoes, and more.  Meals, tours, camel rides, and pony rides are optional and available by reservation.
