Hedrick's Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking building.  Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

We require a deposit for our rooms and suites.  This is not an additional charge; it comes off the price of the room.  The deposit is non-refundable, so if a reservation is cancelled or changed, the deposit is lost.  Additionally, if the reservation is cancelled, we ask for at least one week's notice of cancellation, or we charge the full cost of the room.  Check on special policy for Kansas State Fair, special event and holiday weekend time.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Public areas close at 10:00 p.m. including family room, game room and lobby.  Quiet in-room activities are allowed after 10:00 p.m.
